With over 40 years in professional wrestling, The Sodbuster has been in the ring with almost every main event wrestler imaginable, as well as an ape and a live bear. In 1975 The Sodbuster took on Mohammad Ali in an exhibition match. He lasted two and a half rounds before Ali knocked him out. Like any wrestler worth his salt, Kenny Jay perfected his own crippling submission hold. The "SOD GRIP” involved a headlock with the strategic placement of the thumb in the fleshy area underneath an opponent’s chin.
